Delivery time ranges between 30 minutes to 6 hours, depending on store location, item availability, and delivery traffic.

Customers can also choose fixed-time delivery while placing the order.
At a certain distance, customers need to pay an extra delivery fee

In case of unexpected delays, our support team will keep you informed and offer alternative options if needed.

Product Availability & Pricing

All products listed are subject to availability from respective partner stores.

Prices are set by individual store owners and may vary from in-store pricing.

VibesShop reserves the right to update product prices or discontinue items without prior notice.

 

Payments

We offer secure online payment options, including UPI , card , Net Banking and wallet.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.

User Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery details and ensure availability at the time of delivery.

Misuse, fraud, or abusive behavior may result in account suspension or legal action.

Return & Exchange Policy

At VibesShop, we ensure quality and quick delivery — but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

I) Return Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery only.

II) Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange

We only accept return or exchange requests in the following cases:

Received the wrong size

Received the wrong color

The product was damaged during delivery.

III) Condition of the Product

The item must be unused and unwashed.

Original price tags must be intact and attached.

Products without tags or with damaged tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.

IV) How It Works

Initiate the return/exchange by contacting us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.

Our team will coordinate with the local shop for the process.

Final approval of the return or exchange lies with the shopkeeper.
